Cole (Annenberg Professor) will lead a panel of experts (Solomon Wolf Golomb of the USC Viterbi School, Noel Swerdlow, professor of the history of science and astronomy at Caltech, Arthur Benjamin, a professor of mathematics at Harvey Mudd College) in exploring the inevitable oddities that make calendars so unreasonably interesting.

  11. On October 22nd I went to a conference at the Davidson Conference Center at USC titled "Health Reform and the Economy". The conference had many well renowned speakers, I will cover what I believe the be the strongest speakers of the day:
    Michael Chernew, Professor of Health Care Policy, Dept. of Health Care Policy, Harvard Medical School AND Leonard D. Schaeffer, Judge Robert Maclay Widney Chair and Professor, USC.
    I will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their talks!
